Vanoori is a Canadian missing-middle housing development and advisory group focused on creating and shaping thoughtful, future-ready homes. We identify housing opportunities, evaluate feasibility, develop project strategies and advise property owners, investors and development partners on long-term value.
Vanoori was created from the belief that solving Canada’s housing shortage should not require compromising thoughtful design, environmental responsibility or accountability. We want to help build more housing while establishing a better standard for how that housing is designed, delivered and measured.

Canada needs more homes—but speed and density cannot be the only measures of progress. We believe the homes built today must be ready for changing lives, changing climates and a future where resources are used more responsibly.
